Chettinad Chicken Curry (medium/hot)
Chettinad cuisine is the regional cuisine from Chettinad in Tamil Nadu. Chettinad fare is spicy and incredibly aromatic. Spices are dry roasted and then ground together to create a well balanced curry.

Meen Masala – Bombay Salmon Masala Curry (mild/medium)
Wonderfully flavoursome! Cooked from a coconut spice paste, this dish is highy aromatic but not overly hot. The use of fresh tomatoes and tamarind gives it a truly authentic taste!

Vegetable Makhanawala (mild)
From Goa, this curry delivers a rich, buttery tasted through the use of ghee, cream and yoghurt. We have used potatoes, carrots, green beans, cauliflower and peas and finish it with fresh corriander and homemade ground chat masala.
